If the relationship is there, we are happy to work with local artists to hold exclusive events on First Thursday Art Walks. We have had successes at both our cafés on 1st & Seneca and 1st & Cherry. Art openings and receptions are usually accompanied by live music, wine and appetizers. We normally work out the details on an individual basis, but generally the artists provide the wine, we provide a fancy hummus platter and 15% commission from art sales gets kicked back to cover the labor costs. Simple and effective! |
